New Flickr Search Is a Big Improvement

Back on August 4th, 2009 Flickr announced a redesign of their search results page. It basically makes it easier to browse through the billions of photos and videos on Flickr, and to connect to the communities that help make sense of all those photos. It has also a new “View” controls at the top of the page, these allows you to display the results in different sizes and formats. Both small and medium views have an ‘i’ icon on every thumbnail. Plus on the right side of the page you will find now links to the groups, photographers, tag clusters and places that are most closely related what you’re looking for. New format of results from Flickr search look and work really good at this point. Hope more people will take advantage of the Flickr search feature to find some amazing photography. Flickr community should be really rejoiced!
