Tracking Workout Routines
After a year of break from the gym, I am back to get and stay fit. Yesterday, I completed the first month of my reintegration into the routine based on a new work out program I created. I did not miss any days and I feel already much better about doing everything I plan for month of September. Now it is time to take this routine and start pushing myself harder and harder. I will be tracking my progress on the DailyBurn.com thanks to their free and awesome iPhone App which syncs all data directly from the phone from each work out with the web site and my profile on it. I hope to add some goals and more challenges in coming weeks. DailyBurn.com has a great community, with many people like myself who I can use as the motivators.
